Domain Not removed from Database

i have already remove this domain 1 month ago… only for testing
added from add website

at cyberpanel it success to remove. but today i check my phpmyadmin
that domain still exist and cannot deleted from phpmyadmin

i know it will removed if i re add those domain…
but i think that is a bug…

I will check this with team and see
