Is there any way to back up the SSL and restore it when needed?

I got a one week limit because I need to reinstall my OS many times, and with each reinstall, I applied for an SSL

How to take backup of let’s encrypt issued SSL (SSL only not website) before reinstalling OS?

New license is always required if you have whole backup then old license will be renew.
limit only occurs due to a lot of tries

this is posibble to do it
because we are working with cert and key that can be copied

the bad news are
i never succes with other panel except CWP and CPANEL
(include cyberpanel… and i give up for it )
