Docker won't install any torrent clients

Hello, anyone managed to install a torrent downloader with Dock Manager? whatever container I try to install keeps failing with a not very useful error like with transmission:

Starting creation…

Error message: ‘51413/tcp’

any ideas?

Open this port and then try 51413/tcp

Unfortunately that didn’t work, I tried
firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=51413//tcp
