getting 404 html error when i type my website url. and unable to access cyber panel

we cant help you if you only say cannot this cannot that

screenshoot will be good.
and try search this forum about this 404
i believe you will find solution

Go to you ssh first do
systemctl restart lscpd
and then try to access the cyberpanel and after that check htaccess and then run

systemctl restart lsws
and check 404
