Unable to open a port with CSF

Hi,

I have CSF installed as a firewall. Although I allowed a port in CSF settings third parties and ssh says that the port is not available. I restarted both CSF and LFD after the configurations but nothing happens and the port doesn’t seem open. I also checked manually /etc/csf/csf.conf file there the port allowed but still nothing on the server-side.

Any idea what am doing wrong?

Check it’s not blocked by host and make sure ufw firewall is disabled.

Please check the firewall status and also which provider you are using?
