Problem with (Rainloop "Can't connect to server")

Rainloop “Can’t connect to server" Please can someone help me out here on how to resolve this problem. Thank you

1. what version of your cyberpanel
2. when you install it and are you already do upgrade command
3. when this is happen(the error) … from start installed or …when ?
4. screenshot the message

please attach your server with cyberpanel cloud request for email debuger and reset email settings

if you need someone to direct repair and solved your problem without trying by your self
then you no need community support
you only need server admin help
and i believe you can get it on your city
