Php 74 problem

Hello
i have a problem , i get error from LSAPI
i check many things then i see something
in /usr/local/lsws/lsphp74 i not have the bin folder i don’t know how that gone , but in all other php version i have bin folder
So how i can recovery that folder bin with their files without get other error
and now any website i used with php74 not work
my server system
ubuntu 20.04 lts
cyberpanel with openlitespeed

now i find the bin folder in etc , i just moved it to current location

So is this resolved? What happened?

the php74 return to work but i still have the error lsapi
i try change the max connections and number of child
But still same ,
how i can reset the cache of lsapi

Try these values

PHP_LSAPI_CHILDREN=135
PHP_LSAPI_MAX_REQUESTS=5000

Can tell me this LSAPI_AVOID_FORK=2000M
