2FA Problems

Hi guys,

Does 2fa activate automatically? I don’t remember setting up 2fa, but I see 2fa activated and requested as I try to login to my panel.

Pls how can I disable this? I have access to root.

If I didn’t do this by myself, does it mean someone else must have gotten access to my computer and server? Because there is no other way I can explain this.
