How to disable Troubleshooting CyberPanel

I have use all the commands from Troubleshooting CyberPanel - 14 - Logging & Troubleshooting - CyberPanel Community and now i don’t know how to stop the emails that i recived from CyberPanel log reporting i have more than 100 emails in 10 minutes. Please help me to stop this spam :((

YES - please share the solution. This is a very frustrating problem. And it’s even worse seeing this post with no information about how to fix it.

follow this , SSH into the server and stop the server cron and kill all the process, Then do a upgrade
