Copied from net:

System Requirements

In order to install CyberPanel you need to meet following requirements:

  • Installed CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 18.04 LTS operating system
  • Installed Python 2.7
  • Minimum 1 GB of RAM (I recommend at least 2 GB of RAM)
  • 10 GB of space available on drive
  • root access (or use sudo when running commands to get root privileges)
  • static IP address reserved for your server

I personaly would advice a bit more power. 1GB Ram will not make you happy.
And you can install it on 10GB HD, but eventually you will not have enough space to run backups of websites (depends on the amount of data you store). We just figured aout, that runnig a backup will nedd the Websites space three (3) times while runnig backup.

Maybe you can get a bigger VM ?

Root access is always needed.

But best thing: Give it a try. CP installation is a thing < 1h

So: Test it and give us a feedback about what happened

i test on 20GB space
1 core
and 2gb RAM

Cyberpanel and ubuntu need about 7-8 Gigs(if im not wrong)
so…the answer is yes
but u only can have 1GB website account

but when i use CWP+Centos 7 …2GB ram is too small
never tried on 1GB
