Mails received in Rainloop not showing correctly in Roundcube

After receiving some emails in rainloop in CyberPanel, I switched my email server to CWP with roundcube and exports the emails to continue in roundcube. But the emails will not display or display in special characters and symbols. Same in Outlook. I assumed it’s an encoding or encryption issue. Any help will be appeciated.

trying to test migrate email only to cwp… (because my client asking to use roundcube and free to create as many as he want fwd email address w/o create inbox)
