SSL for domains has suddenly stopped working

Gary #1

Hi all, we host a few domains with cyberpanel. One of the domains is a customer portal and the SSL has stopped working so it posts a message saying we may be trying to steal their data which isnt great seeing as its for an accountancy firm.

We have re-issued the SSL but that hasnt fixed anything, does anyone else know what is causing this issue and a way we can fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

free ssl lets encrypt have limit to release the license, its about 5times a week per domainname, perhaps your customer domain already request ssl for many times…

you can try other 3month free ssl

Try to re-run the upgrade command of cyberpanel.
If you are using Cloudflare, make sure to disable the orange cloud proxy for the domain and then try to issue SSL from cyberpanel.
