Closed Error 404 cyberpanel install website

Hello everyone, I’m going through a pretty boring situation, I’ve been using cyberpanel together with digitalocean for a long time, it turns out that since yesterday I’m having an error that’s making me very frustrated, without any warning the cyberpanel when I install a new one website does not install anything in the directory and the website gives an error 404. I have already consulted digitalocean which claims to be an error in the cyberpanel panel. what could you guys help me to solve this? I really like the product but I can’t use it anymore with this problem.

Is it only with wordpress auto installer or manual installation of wordpress works fine? Please provide us with logs to identify the cause of the issue.

I have the same error…
If i create a new website or a now alias domain generate error 404 of this new website/alias and sometime part of my sites generate error 404 but not all.

When I access the cyberpanel everything is normal, then I click on create site and it looks normal, it turns out that the site is not created, even the directory is empty of files.

Received the login details. Upon logged in, I realized the first thing is you are using a very outdated cyberpanel version and I will advise you to upgrade to the latest version. There are many bug fixes done so far in the cyberpanel updates.

But I don’t know how to update, would you do it for me?
