The restore backup does not work?

After backing up, I successfully performed the backup operation. But when I tried to find the backup from the restore backup section, nothing was seen.
While there is a backup in the backup folder.
What can be done to solve this problem?

are you trying to restore on the same server?
if yes what is the location of the backup file?
