503 Service Unavailable - Please help

Hello Team, I upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 from 18.04 around 24 hours back. It was all working fine. But all of sudden I started getting error 503 Service Unavailable on port 8090 if I am trying to access CyberPanel (hosted websites are working fine).

Can you restart your server and see if that resolve the issue.

Can you please check the status of cyberpanel demon?
Run systemctl status lscpd

Which Hosting is this? Seems 100% CPU usage.
You can provide me SSH login via PM to check the error and help you out if you wish.

I am using a small own built server, but CPU usage was always 3-4% only. I can help you with SSH Access on AnyDesk If you wish as per your convenience of time. Thanks!
