Hello

openlitespeed cyberpanel installed on ubuntu.
List Databases > Select Domain > Remote Access > Manage > Allow Remote Access on following IP > Save Changes
But it is not possible to connect to the database from the specified ip.
https://www.yougetsignal.com/ says:
Port 3306 is closed on specified ip

How can I solve the problem?

Please open the port into your firewall, check both internal configurations and if your provider firewall enabled

I don’t know but I still think it’s just firewall block please share screenshot which would help too
