Remote backup does not restore anything

Hello folks,

I want to migrate my websites from an old cyberpanel server to a new one. So when i use the “remote backup” on the new server I’m able to fetch the accounts from the old server and start the transfer.

The logs says everything is fine but the data of the websites simply does not transfer and it does not add a new website on the new server.

Both servers are at the same version (2.1 Build 2).

Same here, did you able to resolve it?

Make sure the backup file is not empty

It is the script function, we don’t do anything manually here.

Please provide more details so that we can have a look or send us a temporary login to the affected server where we can see this error so that we can try to fix it or let you know what exactly went wrong with your settings.

Has any solution appeared? I have the same problem here in 2024. SSH port 22. API access granted. Sites are backed up on the source server, but are not transferred to the destination server.
