I want to migrate email cpanel to cyberpanel (cpanel has been suspend)
any tutorial to import manual from this backup folder?

This is something really technical. If you can generate a full cPanel backup file then use our cPanel importer Auto import cPanel sites to CyberPanel - 04 - Websites - CyberPanel Community

Otherwise hire a sysadmin to do this for you.
