php 7.4 sodium extension

Hi
in the php.d/20-sodium.ini file is present and but PHP said it’s invalid or not PHP extension. Kindly let me know how to enable the PHP sodium extension in PHP 7.4 version.

i try to install magento 2.4.3 on my vps i get this problem too and no one make a solutions for it
