Remotes Backups fail from VPS to VPS

Facing a forever spinning loader with no backups import. Both servers are having latest CyberPanel, firewall disabled, ssh port on 22 and permit root login enabled. The error that comes up is: cat: /home/backup/transfer-6336/backup_log: No such file or directory
