Disk 100% - does not change the count on the panel

Hi!
A client’s package exceeded the disk limit I can no longer change or upload files on this account. I increased the package space, but it keeps showing 100% disk usage. I’ve deleted backups of the entire VPS and the VPS disk hasn’t decreased in size either. Can someone help me?
