timezone for backup and restore file

How can I change to UTC+8 for the backup file? Now the time is chaos when files start and stored. When I check the file name it’s UTC time, sometimes inconsistent with the Cyberpanel backup info. And when I check with the file manager, it’s stored at another time UTC+8.

The cron job is configured in root cronjob file where you can change time according to your requirement.
