Cannot log into Wordpress after Installation

Password not recognised using the creds set up during the WordPress install. Cannot reset password via email either.
After changing the password in PHPMyAdmin, then login is successful.
I have created 2 WordPress installs and both encountered the same login issue.

There are some prohibited characters in CyberPanel. Can you try to use a simple password and try? Although you can use complex passwords, but you can search on the forums for the prohibited characters.

Thank you, makes sense. I used firstname.lastname so the dot may be prohibited.
