Can't acces CyberPanel on port 8090 on domain neither ip

Problem:

We have been working with our CyberPanel installation for quite a while, but now we can’t access the panel via de web browser, with the domain neither the ip. Just uploaded to the latest version but it didn’t fixed the issue.

With Netstat we get the following output
