Endless Loading of Admin Login Screen

I have upgraded to the latest version of CyberPanel and now the admin login screen just loads forever.
I have tried restarting the server but no luck.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

When trying to upgrade cyberpanel it gets stuck on the following:

All good, just had to press enter to continue the upgrade.
