[Errno 13] Permission denied - DKIM Manager

When I try to generate keys for new domains in DKIM manager I get the following error.

[Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/usr/local/CyberCP/lib/python3.6/site-packages/tldextract/.suffix_cache/publicsuffix.org-tlds/de84b5ca2167d4c83e38fb162f2e8738.tldextract.json.lock’

While I realize I need to give someone permissions to that folder I have no idea which account I should be giving rights to?

I had the same issue. Try updating to the latest version of CyberPanel, even if you are already on the latest version. That resolved it for me.
