Mail SSL not working after renew

Hi, I had a mail SSL working on my domain name. It expired a few days ago and since I have tried reissuing multiple times. It reissues successfully but the SSL still shows as expired 2 days ago. My original expiry data was 6th Jan and since reissue its stuck on 11th jan. There is no fixing it. I have tried restarting the server, dovecot, postfix, reissuing. Nothing works.

Please help.
