After clicking the “Generate Now” button it shows errror
[Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/usr/local/CyberCP/lib/python3.6/site-packages/tldextract/.suffix_cache/publicsuffix.org-tlds/de84b5ca2167d4c83efb162f2e8738.tldextract.json.lock’
I had same problem. Reinstalling (update) cyberpanel solved this issue.
I second @alisafavieh answer, had the same issue, ran

THANKS!!! Solved same problem on Ubuntu 20.04!
updating cyberpanel (even if you are on the latest version) resolves this issue (resolves ssl errors on the hostname aswell)
