Staging site not showing up

I cloned my site to staging but I could not access it even after adding the DNS A record. When I enter the staging URL, the browser just show that server does not exist.

Do I need to convert the child domain to a website?

Found the answer. I need to set the database and child domain to 2 in the package manager.
