i cant access to SSH on AWS EC2

I just made a clean installation of cyber panel in AWS EC2 with the help of the market place but I cannot access the instance by SSH with the user “ubuntu” or with “root”. Did I miss something?

Thanks, I was counting with someone here to give me a little light, it seems that the login user is wrong I already tried with: “ubuntu” and “root” but none of them works.

This only happens with the installation of cyber panel on AWS, with any other application I can access SSH without problems. In GCP, DO and Vultr it did not give me problems only in AWS.
