I install cyberpanel but I have language problem with wordpress

Hi I install cyberpanel and all ok, also I install wordpress but I cant change the language, dont show me the option in general / settings, also if I enter in wp-admin is too slow to charge, but if i navigate in other options its faster, I think wordpress its not creating the language folder but im not sure. Also I use a backup and show the language option all its ok, but if I make a fresh install, dont show me the option to change the language. I have another vps with cyberpanel and all its ok, i dont know why I have this problem.,

Solve: I think its a cyberpanel/centos 8 problem with permission. I install cyberpanel in centos 7 and all its ok.

is there any other solution to the problem besides switching to an older system?
