Web Terminal Connection Closed

i want to loading ion cube loader but web terminal is not connected,
i try find a solution for connection but unfortunately i have never been able to connect web server.
i need to install ion cube, if have a another way for loading could you pls help me for it…

What happens when you click reboot ssh server button ?

Also you can install it from the side menu PHP modules install then select PHP version then install ioncube
