Cannot send email only receive possible

Hi i’m new to cyberpanel,my problem is i cannot send email from rainlab only receive possible

im getting following error

Make sure your hosting provider hasn’t blocked port 25 for SMTP relay access.

Port 25 and SMTP all good.

My problem was resolved by ensuring that SSL / TLS was enabled for the mail. domain. (added Free Lets Encrypt SSL). And it all began to work.
