How to move spam to "Junk / SPAM" Folder automatically?

Hi. I have spamassassin installed. The e-mails are marked as [*** SPAM ***] but end up in the inbox. How do I make a rule to move to a Dedicated folder ? eg “Junk” or “SPAM”

As you can see in the picture, I am not able to enter the filters
