server error (500) cyberpanel

i can not open my cyberpanel .

something errors with the mariadb. the log tells that "Access denied for user ‘cyberpanel’@‘localhost’ and I can’t upgrade MariaDB also. This has been stuck and cannot access cyberpanel dashboard.

I’ve tried to upgrade mariadb but it failed. Do you have any document related to this procedure? I think due to mariadb, the cyberpanel cannot read credential information and it failed to start.
