Backing up databases

Hi
I have a problem with backup… actually canceling backup.

On my cyberpanel I click backup menu and select mywebsite and i see “Backing up databases…” status for 3 days. I click cancel backup button but its not worked. so i deleted backup/mywebsitebackup file manually.

how can i cancel backup database process??

i deleted status and backupfilename from backup folder and warning has gone.

THANKS!!! My backup process was stucked since months (i didnt check, i found when i create non auto backup) was stucked on backing up email databases.

Finally works.
