Random CPU Spikes

I noticed that I get random 100% CPU usage spikes on my OLS server.

It happens once every few days for around 5-10 minutes on a low traffic server.

Is there any way to determine which WordPress website/what is causing these spikes?

I tried looking at some logs but couldn’t figure anything out.

Is there any way to add more info to the logs?

Also, I noticed my Modsec log is empty when viewing it from CP even though I have it set at level 9.
