Go to “fix permissions” on File Manager. Apply to public_html. If doesn’t work you can go to Suspend/Un-Suspend. First suspend, and then un-suspend website.

This method always works.

Suspend/Un-Suspend: Screenshot by Lightshot

The Fix Permissions button is on the File Manager.

  1. List Websites
  2. Manage
  3. File Manager
  4. Fix Permissions button

Let me know if you make it!

Are you on Google Cloud? Let us know. Definitely is a problem with the firewall of your instance.
