[Help] fetching remote backup failed

Not able to fetch version of remote server. Error Message: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘79.143.191.%2099’, port=8090): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/cyberPanelVersion (Caused by NewConnectionError(’<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7fa57775d320>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known’,))

this is the error im getting despite api is alrrady enabled 8n the remote server

Have you change port 8090? If so then switch back to 8090.

using normal sftp backups?

i never change the default port/… and i never turn on firewall

remote backup… i want to test migrate cyberpanel to cyberpanel with current version.

A = old server (upgraded to new version)

B = fresh new
C= fresh new

A remote to B success
B read remote A failed
B <–read remote–> C failed

are we miss the remote backup at new version ?

solved: downgrade then upgrade…
