why would you need varnish cache when you already have lscache, dont trust articles that you see over the net when its written many years ago.
lol read properly lscache is good for wordpress not on all sites
You can use lscache for virtually every site there is, no different than configuring varnish which is far more complex to tune. Redirecting...
Why not stick with something that is created by the very developers of the litespeed webserver.
cont you read next option i said to add fronted cache option for lscache instead of manual.

You are right that it is even easier in LSCache to set and expire cache.
same iam too asking to implement cache settings from panel if not varnish.
