Installed SSL certs on 2 sites but next day they disappeared. Reissued certs but still not showing up. Anybody have any idea what’s going on?

Gone as in https doesn’t work or is it showing an invalid cert?
Check error logs

In the address bar, the pad lock is gone and “Not secure” is there instead.
