wget https://ubuntu.cyberpanel.net/ Time out

I am installing cyberpanel on Ubuntu 18.04.

I keep getting stuck on the following error

[ERROR] We are not able to run wget https://ubuntu.cyberpanel.net/pool/main/p/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd-common_1.0.47-3_all.deb return code: 4. Fatal error, see /var/log/installLogs.txt for full details.

InstallLogs.txt contains no extra information.

I can download the file from browser but it wont from terminal
I cant even ping the website.

ping ubuntu.cyberpanel.net
PING ubuntu.cyberpanel.net (35.179.59.193) 56(84) bytes of data.
Request timed out.

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m having the sme issue installing.
The file does not exist on the web but the installer specifies it.
