Hostbill <3 CyberPanel Module

Has anyone had any luck with this? I’ve keyed in the correct credentials but there is this error: “Error: Response error message: API Access Disabled.”

So who should I be looking for?

Hostbill?
CyberPanel?
Vultr? (where the cyberpanel is installed)

In CyberPanel:

Users > API Access (last item on list)

For some reason i do not have this module in my HostBill app. Can you share it?
