Custom SSL not showing on Frontend

Trying to a SSL that is paid by the client. Cannot seem to add the SSL via Add SSL in CyberPanel.

Can you visit site on https://yourdomain.com once SSL was saved successfully?

I am able to visit the site, but it says connection not secure on FireFox, and the cert shows that it is the Let’s encrypt cert for the subdomain that we used for the CyberPanel.
