How to setup CGI with Cyberpanel and OpenLiteSpeed on a domain?

Hi, I would like to ask about setting up a cgi website. I plan to use Xfilesharing however I cannot setup CGI as in this tutorial:

I always get a 404 error, and sometimes it prompt me to download the CGI file to the computer
Please help! Thanks for that!

if you followed that wiki ,with exact same script in that example ,does it work ?

No, it doesn’t work. It just ask me to download the file when I access it through the domain
