Remote Transfer Is Not Working Now

From Today I’m getting an Error ! Remote Transfer Is Not Working Now
Not able to fetch version of remote server. Error Message: API Access Disabled.

The panel that u want to transfer from, need to enable API access

Users > API access > Enable

But after all things good and show restore completed but yet site is not transferred . My both cyberpanel installed on Google cloud instance
