Disable complete domain level email access ( in and out mail flow )

I would like to know and request feature to create white-label or blacklist for the domain where we can block domain not to send or receive any mail.

@w3services I have to bring back this topic to live since I have the same need, to disable email services for one domain on my server. Did you find a way to disable it?
