Cannot upgrade/install cause "No matching distribution"

I’m try to upgrade from 1.8.5 to 1.8.7 but have error msg with “No matching distribution” In file /usr/local/CyberCP/requirments.txt (line 38)
perf==0.1
So, at 29 jul 2019 perf was update there released version to 0.1.1
Could you please update requirments.txt to support perf version.

I try to workaround by change requirments.txt to perf==0.1.1 but after upgrade complete result to server error 500
ps. btaskaya said perf 0.1.1 support only python 3

Try to remove that file rm /etc/yum.repos.d/dovecot.repo

then run again.

After rm dovecot.repo and upgrade agin. Result: Server Error (500)

Then. How can I reinstall cyberpanel with exists data?

Hello whats the final answer? I met the same problem while installing CyberPanel VMM.
“No matching distribution” In file /usr/local/CyberCP/requirments.txt (line 31)
