Custom link

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to add a custom menu link into the panel or if possible?

For example if I want to add a link to https://hostname/app/

Even if on existing link like plugins is OK just need to know the file location.

I have actually just found it by downloading cp from github and searching for the connect link should have done in the first place.
