Error "The connection was reset." When Importing Database

I Have an issue when i try to import database. The database file is 11.2 mb, and I Have try to set the max_upload to 20MB, but still get the error.

Why it hsppen and how to fix it…?

You can try to upgrade Cyber Panel.
